WORLDWIDE SHIPPING TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES
There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. WOOLYYARN is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to customer.
Please allow extra days for local holidays, Latvian national holidays, weekends and sale time.
The amount of moisture absorbed by the yarn depends on t ° and the relative humidity of the air, as well as on the type of fiber. HYGROSCOPICITY of the yarn leads to a change in the actual weight. Therefore, the weight of the yarn can vary 1-2%.
In case of loss of the shipment, which is related to transportation, the goods are not sent again.
